    Hi, with the world the way it is right now this is normal to happen, some factory's are still closed or with a lack of components. Maybe in the near future this will stop happening.

    I think from the lack of responses from the "support" team on any issues relating to service alerts, means that xbox couldn't care less, is probably some kind of ruse to make people upgrade to an xbox one.
