    Why do you make it so bloody hard to contact you, live chat is absolutely useless - seriously I grew a beard waiting for any meaningful response - phone isn't an option for me so now my only option is to 'ask the community' which is basically a bunch of
    folks who won't be able to help....

    First up, just added three months on to my xbox gold - code was succesfully redeemed and nothing shows on my account

    Secondly - added another 6 months onto my game pass and it's knocked 6 weeks off?

    WTF is going on?

    Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums with this issue. I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty contacting us. In regard to your situation, it is recommended that you log into your Microsoft account from a device other than your console to

    check your order history     to ensure that the codes were redeemed to the proper account. Insofar as what to do should you need assistance directly from Microsoft for this, you can request a call back from our Support Team directly and they would be happy
    to assist you in finding out what may have gone on.

    We on the forums don't have the tools to help with this. When you go to
    Contact Usto request a callback, follow these steps:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select no thanks, then select category system update
    • Step 3-----gives some troubleshooting or help tips, select "Show contact options"
    • Step 4 ----select request a call from support

    Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

    These items will require access to your Microsoft account, something nobody on the forums will have. So you are unable to request a free call-back as you do not own/use a phone of any type (cellular, landline, VOIP, etc.)?

    SkinPoppeR, there may be something that you can do to achieve what you're looking for! If you go to xbox.com, sign into your profile, and then go to your privacy settings. From there you have the option to completely block any shareable information from
    anyone trying to view your profile whether it be on the xbox itself, or online on the website. The only downside to this, is that if you play with friends they would have a hard time seeing what you're up to and connecting with you...But if all you're looking
    for is to hide how long you've been playing from your women, then this may be the fix for you! Hope everything works out well and no more nights on the couch! ;)

    No that wont work

    Digital and disks cant be interchanged

    You have to buy a disk system

    There id a resson why the diskless is cheaper

    Because of the lack of a drive you shouldve bought the regular ones

    You can go thru thr contact us options just read the options dont skip ahead.

    The lack of controller options is appalling.

    might be worth a mention they make heavy duty recharageable AA batterys for digital Camara's with flash they would be ideal for long life rechargeable batterys

    i got a cheap set of 2300mAH batterys so 2 of them gives the controller a total of 4600mAH to drain from

    the higher the mAH of a battery the longer they will last but as with everything the higher the price ..
