    Hello I just felt the need to express my concern with a recent purchase I made on my Xbox one. The item was Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls: Infernal Pauldrons. Nowhere in the description does it suggest that this content is restricted in any way shape or form
    and I'll paste it word for word below. Customer buys DLC under the assumption that it can be used for Seasonal Characters since nothing states any restrictions, Customer then has to waste time contacting support because items paid for do not appear after
    purchasing (Seasonal ). Customer finds out the content is restricted to Strictly Non-Seasonal Characters ONLY, and since customer only plays Seasonal has no use of the item so Customer requests a refund. Now the refund was requested within minutes of purchase
    and was denied.

    So let me get this straight.... Microsoft has had this exact issue many time prior to me having it and yet still deemed it unnecessary to change the description to reflect what the product gives NON-SEASONAL players which to me is just deceitful and still
    refuses to refund it after I pointed out the lack of description...... Here is a copy and paste of it....

    Sombody needs to review my refund request again, or do I not have the right to appeal the decision?

    Yeah I have had very few to nome bad experiences with Microsoft support which is why my refund request being denied on this case really threw me off. I'm honestly thinking it just might be a case of skim reviewing of my request and a quick denial stamped
    and pushed forward. I can't imagine a member of their support looking into my case and not seeing why A refund is in order. I replied to the email of the denial email but yet to hear anything back. I'll keep you all updated because it will most definitely
    happen to others if not fixed.

    You may want to reach out to the game developers about that since they are the ones that created it and sell the item through the Microsoft Store. On the flip side there is no where that says it does work on all characters either. I agree it's confusing.
    I myself just read the link and searched for answers.

    Oh no the item I bought I got through the Xbox store, it's Called Diablo 3 Infernal Pauldrons DLC. It's $4.99 but the description for the item does not say anything about restrictions.

    Well two things ingame items issues must be taken up with the publishers

    Also fyi

    Inferno pauldons isnt seasonal

    Its a discontinued item

    Also are you talking about a digital purchase or a disk purchase

    If a disk purchase

    I know because I had the inferno since the original launch

    Also should.be noted if its a prepaid code included on a disk that dorsnt count for a refund

    Thanks Njal I'll do that now. Hopefully they can take into consideration my point of view on the matter. EDIT: I forgot to mention that I got an email same time stating my ticket was closed. I replied to the first one stating I wanted an appeal and why
    so hopefully that works.
