    It amazes me everyday how little the community managers and active admins care about the xbox live community and how prejudice they are towards anyone that calls them on it. Myself and another xbox live user were very toxic to one anothet recently, the
    only difference being he reported me and i did not report him. In that note microsoft took it upon themselves to communication ban me at around 4 oclock in the morning 3 hours after my console had been offline. As far as i know the other player is still free
    to tell people to kill themselves and to let there fathers abuse them. Yet xbox live core services finds my single reply of
    [Mod Removed - Inappropriate] to be offensive and bullying. Yet the player who reported me gets to be racist and an aggressive player who throws competitive games/ tournamets for fun. Your services are backwards Microsoft and your reporting
    system needs to be looked at very hard. I've read multipke cases where the bans issued are injust simply for the action taken against the player. I deserve a ban wholeheartedly but why is the other player still free to carry out the same actions?

    If you know you were breaking the ToU/CoC then you really have no reason to complain. Just because someone else don't get banned and you do does not change the fact that you broke the rules. BTW, those decisions are made entirely by the Enforcement Team
    and they DON'T monitor the forums.

    Look I'm not trying to take sides for anyone that goes against the code of conduct. I have learned a long time ago the best thing to do is to remove yourself from the situation block and report. Never respond. Even if you feel the individual deserves a
    response.

    Hello, unfortunately two wrongs do not make a right. If you retaliate to toxic behavior and get reported, then you will get a suspension. If you come accross toxic behavior like this again, just report, mute and block, do not respond in any way as this,
    as you have found out, leaves you open to Enforcement.

    Using acronyms does not excuse you from being suspended.

    I would suggest logging in at https://enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review if eligible and whilst there have a read through all the other pages and refresh yourself on the
    code of conduct. We all agreed to abide by the code of conduct, when setting up our Xbox Live accounts.

    Lesson learned - Next Time Report and Block the Player. We have a huge active community who looks out for one and other. We ambassadors provide great support with absolutely no compensation. I am also personally aware of all the hard work that Community
    Managers perform on a daily basis. I think your gripe is with Enforcement, not Community Managers, Admins and Ambassadors as a whole.
