    I have tried now for two days to get information as to why I was communication suspended for 24 hours the only information I have received was a statement obviously a blanket statement sent to everyone in this situation which labels me as a possible sexual
    harassment case to racist to to total deviant. Xbox customer support states they have no information and the enforcement team can't even be contacted. Here is my issue I pay for a service that I have the right to use and xbox shouldn't hide if they decide
    to revoke my right to play you want to suspend my account fine but at least have the decency to provide a detailed explanation per case to that person I should be able to ask questions about the suspension and receive details about it. You labeled me and
    then hide..... If I did something wrong fine I'll take my licks and learn from it but you shouldn't be able to turn my account off without being able to contacted that's cowardish and bad business practices if I can not be given a decent detailed
    explanation of why I suspended I will cancel my subscription to xbox and go to Sony you don't have the right take away something I pay for by saying I broke a rule and not give a detailed explanation or the ability to be contacted to have it discussed
    you hide and leave the customer support team to take the heat I want to know what I said to get suspended I may only be one person who's subscription won't effect your bottom line at all and that's fine you will just prove my point you have lost focus

    Lack of explanation from enforcement team

    An 24 hrs account is warning for your behavior toward the service rules. Microsoft is not obligated to provide a warning prior to issuing a suspension or other enforcement action. By agreeing to the Microsoft Code of Conduct you acknowledge that you understand
    and accept the rules of the Xbox Live service.

    The length of the suspension depends on the severity of the offense. Especially egregious violations can result in an immediate permanent suspension. Make sure to read the Code of Conduct to avoid future bans.

  6. And also if you would have actually read my post I didn't ask for a warning I wanted to know exactly what I did to provoke a suspension other than being called a racist or one of the other colorful descriptive words they used in the blanket statement
    if you are going to call me out and call me one of those things you should at least be man enough to have a contact info available to have a discussion but yet again here we are with xbox hiding behind a shroud not answering my questions very sad......
