    From what i can see their is nolonger a way to speak to a real person when having issues with xbox. That alone is unacceptable and truely lazy on the support teams side of things. I pay money for this service is should be juggled around by automated services
    and prompts when i could be talking to a real person. Secondly just telling people a system or core system is down is not enough. Explain to me how i can be signed in online one moment the forced signed out and then cant sign back in. Telling me that the
    core system is down doesnt really give me any information. So tell me why dumb ahit like that happens.

    This is the second time in the past few days xbox live services have been down along with the support site. At what point do subscribers get refunded or compensated for times like these when microsoft has issues and we can not play what we paid to play?

    you can request a call back in some cases. the xbox live status page shows when there's a issue.

    Hello All,



    Sorry for any issues you are having due to the Service alert.
    Looks like the service alert has been resolved.Please
    power cycle your console and see if it is back to normal when
    it comes up.

    Have tried this personally and I am able to sign in and play now.

    Hello Bone,

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. Microsoft changed the way to get in touch with support. The set up is to request a call back from support through Contact
    Us    . Depending on the options you choose takes you to different things. Ones I found work are:

    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select chat with Xbox support

    Currently also there is a service alert for core services. You can check the status here Xbox live status site.

    You can request a call back by going on the support.xbox.com website. They wouldn't be able to say much except there is currently a service alert up regarding signing in to Xbox Live. More info on the status page here https://support.xbox.com/en-gb/xbox-live-status
