    Can't play online.

    I've tried both wired and wireless, neither work for me. I have two friends who also have it and they haven't any issues.

    The biggest concern is the utter lack of support from Blizzard for the console version of this game. In my job I'm heavily involved in customer experience and satisfaction. This would be considered a total failure and worthy of termination.

    Trying to find out xboxlive public ip address andIi was repeatedly told I can not have that info so i can ping it from my connection outside of Xbox live to get true results and try to resolve my connection issues. Then I was told to contact my internet
    provider to resolve the issue. Laptop side by side with my xbox is getting 75 down,12 up, xbox one 2-5 down with 12 up. I'm an IT field person and I would like to think I know how to troubleshoot my own set up and interenet provider. But, apparently Xbox help
    agent I spoke thinks I'm a morom, and tried to hang up on me. I accepted the agent didn't have the info I was looking for then she refused to even say someone beyond her knowledge could help me. I refuse to believe no one at Xbox can help me find simple info
    so I can ping their server for a true accurate side by side ping test with my laptop. Shamful customer sevice. Really disapointed with your robotic script reading techs microsoft. Get me some help! I'm a cutomer and deserve to be treated like one.

    I'm sincerely sorry to hear about the issue. If you are still having issues sending your Xbox One console out, you will need to keep working with phone support on the matter.

    Child account? I've had the same msn account for 20 years. And I've been a live member for almost 10. I should have no issues with my account. It's a lack of concern toward customers. Plain and simple.

    I understand your frustration with this difficult situation however microsoft support does help a lot of customers it may not seem like this but in the background day in and day out a lot of people are helped with various issues they may have.

    I understand a insider build has caused you issues and I personally apologise for this upset caused, if you look at my fellow ambassadors replies on this issue they will advise you to submit the refund form and then you will receive the payment back within
    5-7 working days.
