    How many truly broken Kinects?

    UPS Label Delivery - Free or Not?

    It's free to you. UPS has to charge someone and they will be charging Microsoft. That's all that means.

    They should send you a prepaid label and you would just drop it off at UPS or wherever the label is for.

    I use the "Print a Label" option. This is where they give you a label and you print it out. After that, you simply take your Xbox to the UPS store and give it to them and that label and they will charge about $10 to package it and then you're done. All
    in all, it's all up to you. :)

    I send my xbox to the repair center in germany using my local post office instead of ups

    They didn't scan the label but they wrote the adress the xbox should be delivered to, and taped their label near the ups label, after I contacted them they said that the shipment cant be cancelled and they said also that there is no need to worry and the
    shipment will get there in three days
