LA Noire Digital Download: Homicide Desk download does not exists

I've progressed in the game to the point where I am now starting homicide and each time I try to continue my game it says "Homicide Desk not downloaded".

When I go to the market-place to download it, I do not find the Homicide Desk (Nor the Vice desk, I can only see the Arson desk).

I tried the following:

1- Clearing Console Cache

2- Re-downloaded my profile

3- Re-install the game

Still I can not see the homicide desk in the in-game market place.

I bought the game on demand, I was charged for the game, but I didn't get the download. What do I need to do?

There is a service alert up at the moment because there is an issue with downloading content. Wait for that to clear up and try again -

I found this info from Rockstar Support. It's for the Playstation but I believe it would be accurate for the Xbox as well.

Basically, it states the three extra desks: arson, vice and homicide can only be downloaded via the in-game marketplace.

You should start by checking there.

 

I just started playing LA Noire - bought it on Games On Demand awhile back, and I have this same problem. I suspect someone somewhere has removed the DLC from the servers needed to complete the game, as when you try to find the DLC in the in-game marketplace,
there is none.

Someone needs to resolve this issue, it's ***.

 

I've tried to re download the game, clean the Cache and nothing.

Sorry about my english, I'm from Argentina.

 

I guess there is a problem with rockstar's servers, 2 days ago I was able to see some some contents in the in-game market place, however today nothing at all in the marketplace.

I did open a support ticket with rockstar since June 28, but all what they ask me to do is clean cach , redownload profile and repeat what I say, totally useless.

I am going to wait for few days hopefully this can be fixed

 

How do you sign in with an account from the UK? Did you change your account region or something?

I don't have hope for it being fixed by just waiting...if you search for this problem, it seems to go back quite a ways, and I don't see anyone claiming they've gotten a fix for it.

 

OK - So i created a new XBox Live account and during setup for it, set it's Locale/Region to United Kingdom. I then went into LA Noire, and the in-game DLC shows up for download. I'm downloading it now. Hopefully when I sign out and back in with my normal
profile, it will work.

I just changed my account region to United Kingdom and the Homicide desk and the Vice desk magically appeared.

I am downloading them now, hope it goes well.

We highly suggest to only
