There is a difference between "cheating" and "modding". Cheating is geared toward gamers (if you can call them that) that aren't good and need to exploit the game to progress, keep up with people online, or annoy people online. Modding is a practice that
is mean to enhance a game (in a good way). If I'm not mistaken Counter Strike started off as a mod to HL. In L4D2 pc, people make fun mod levels from I guess the tools. Same with Killing Floor & Counter Strike.

Try to purchase it from an online browser through the Microsoft store & be sure you payment information is correct & up to date.
