    L4D2 doesn't show up for download


    I just purchased L4D2 from xbox.com on my laptop. When I went to check the xbox one for downloads it is not listed on there. I am xbox illiterate from what my kids tell me. I have never had a 360... is there something I am doing wrong?? Thanks for any help

    Child doesn't show up

    Hey there!

    We took a look on our end and did some magic with our tools. Can you go take a look at the Privacy and Online safety again? Your child should be listed there now.

    Let us know if not and we'll take another look. L4D2 doesn't show up for download :)

    In xbox.com: My Microsoft family shows me and my child. When I go to Privacy and Online safety, I only get my gamertag, not my childs. Any ideas?

    Thanks for posting! When you went to check the Xbox One downloads, were you checking the 'Ready to install' list within 'My games & apps"? You can locate 'My games & apps' by scrolling down on the 'Home' tab of the Xbox One dashboard.

    If you cannot locate it in 'Ready to install', be sure the account you purchased the game from is signed-in. Alternativley, you can search for Left for Dead 2 within the Xbox Store while signed into the the account the game was purchased from to install.

    Left 4 Dead 2 download issue.

    When I go to left 4 dead 2 it says cant download on Xbox I have to go to the Microsoft store and I went to it and downloaded l4d2 and it didn’t show up on my Xbox one

    Hello. Thanks for the response but this did not work. It seems like this is an issue that MS needs to fix that's specific to L4D2 on the XB1. There are other posts about this exact subject where people somehow got it to download but saw others having issues
    getting it. Which made them discover a way for others to install it by searching for their gamertag and checking their games and finding L4D2 that way. However, that either no longer works or doesn't work for everyone. Hope someone can let the higher up tech
    people who work on this know about this so they can fix the issue with L4D2 not installing for people on the Xbox One.
