    Hola. Tengo un problema desde hace 3 semanas y es que no me puedo conectar a ningún juego en linea, no puedo desbloquear logros (esto lo se por que me acabo de comprar el Gta 5 y no eh desbloqueado ninguno) y no puedo enviar mensajes a amigos. Cada vez que
    quiero jugar en linea (en caso de Gta) me aparece un mensaje que dice que ocupo tener una cuenta de Xbox Live Gold para poder jugar Gta Online. En Fifa me ocurre lo mismo y en Call Of Duty (Son los únicos juegos que tengo en Xbox One). Mi membresia es de 1
    año y se acaba hasta el 3 de Enero de 2015, asi que no le hallo ningún sentido que estos mensajes me aparezcan, si me pueden ayudar se los agradecería muchísimo ya que a mi membresia le queda poco y me gustaría disfrutar jugando en lineo los pocos días que
    me restan de Xbox Live Gold.

    Sorry to hear about the Xbox Live Gold issue! Since it looks to me that you have Xbox Live Gold, I would definitely recommend contacting our chat or phone support agents through our
    Contact Us page. That will be the best avenue of support for this issue. They may need to remove Xbox Live Gold and then add it back on.
