L Stick Very Unresponsive

So my L stick is still centered well on the controller but actually trying to navigate or game it doesn't work very well.

Also my controller is a "Scuf" controller would that disallow me from sending it in?

Controller - Left Stick Unresponsive

There really is no fix for the stick drift that you are describing. The fastest and best solution is to replace the faulty controller.

Controller - Left Stick Unresponsive

So for the past week or two I have started to notice an issue with my left stick on my standard 3.5mm jack Xbox One controller. The left stick doesn't seem to respond when turned to the right, this doesn't happen every time I turn to the right but it is
becoming more frequent. Now I have dropped this controller more times than I should have because it tends to slide off your leg, I understand that this has most likely caused the issue and that I may have to buy another controller, however I was hoping that
there was some sort of fix. This issue persists across all games and I have used other controllers without an issue. I can't seem to find anybody else with this problem. Let's just say I'll never place it on my leg again.

I also agree that the controller feels very cheap. The noise, the sharp edges, and the rough, bumpy, grinding feel when you rotate the thumb sticks around the edge of the thumb stick hole are definitely not a step forward, nor an improvement. The L/R bumpers
are also difficult to press. Very poorly designed and a huge disappointment. I don't expect this will ever be addressed.
