please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

If the subcription shows, try the following steps

1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
   http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console
3. Redownload your profile

If these steps fail or when the subscription isn't showing anymore then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

Kz is a very over hyped franchise, Reach, Crysis 2 even Resistance parp all over the KZ games. All of this is of course IMHO.

Yeah, KZ 2 and 3 are good but they're not really groundbreaking or anything.

Off topic but how is KZ 3? is there an online pass because i saw a cheap used copy. I loved KZ 2 because the MP did something i have not seen before. Switching betwee ngametypes midround. I loved it. Not to mention the campaign was very fun. One of the coolest
FPS games i have played.

@Kz Snipe,maybe there is some corruption of your profile from the external software you have been using.
