    first off, I havent played xbox live in 5-6 years. someone sends me a message saying KYS...so I googled what it means...Kill Yourself. now I reacted sent this person a bad text. she reported me and I got 24 hours. I filed a report to her and I am not sure
    of anyting came of it. So When one does this, rather than retaliate I understand blocking but she instigated the whole deal.

    How do I appeal my 24 hour warning or suspension or whatever it is.

    KYS is pretty bad. The ban was warranted.

    Doesn't matter who starts it,if you retaliate in a way that violates the ToU/CoC then you risk being suspended,to many suspensions will lead to a permanent ban.

    Best to just report,block & ignore anyone sending you harassing messages over live.

    24 hour suspensions can not be appealed due to the time it would take,your suspension would be over by the time your case was investigated again.

    As the enforcement team don't use the forums you can find out about xbox live enforcement here
