Snazim sa obnovit moje clenstvo xbox live a nejde mi to.Vyskocimi mi tabulka s napisom Skuste no znova-Nieco sa stalo na nasom konci,Pockanie mozno pomoze.Deje sa mi to uz 2 dni a nejde mi vlozit ani kod ani kupit xbox live gold ani Xbox gamepass ultimate

two days and I can not even insert code or kupit Xbox Live Gold
nor the Xbox gamepass ultimate

It shows it both times When i try to renew and when i buy.And it doesny mention anything about a problem that occured no error code nothing just saying that There is a problem on microsoft's side my dad thinks that Microsoft had an error in system but
i seem to be the only one with the problem

I tried BOTH renewing and buying Xbox live and Game pass Ultimate.I also pirchased a moth Xbox live Gift Card and when i type it in or tr buying Live or ultimate it says that:An error has occured.The problem is on our end (Microsoft's)

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Can you give us a few more details on what is happening here? Are you trying to renew a membership, or start a new one? Do you owe a balance, or have a pre paid card for this membership? If you are getting an
error code or message, type that exact message here.

Thank you for replying back so quickly. Just to clarify, When you are trying to renew your subscription or when you tried to purchase a subscription, did it mention anything about a past due balance? Also, does it show that you have an existing subscription
already active?

If the issue continues I would recommend trying to
Contact Support for further assistance as they may be able to resolve the issue through their side.

Try this:

Log into Support.Xbox.com
Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
Step 1: Click on Ask a Question
Step 2 : Select your Product
Step 3 : Select your Issue
- Select – Call me back

Contact Support they should be able to assist you with resolving this issue with your account and the subscriptions for your account.
