I'm getting an error code "0x800401fb" I can't even get into my profile or open any apps . I notice others are having similar problems Please resolve. PLEASE!!!!

for any strange behaviour, please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
