Hey there David,

Are you able to explain more what specifically you're running into when you're trying to obtain the Kraken Kit in World of Tanks? Is this just content that currently isn't available in the game?

Thank you for reaching out! Regardless if you are using a wired controller or a wireless controller with a play and charge kit, you have nothing to worry about. I personally rock a Razer Kraken 2 with my controller and I plug it in when I am running low
on battery. Hope this helps!

And Kraken with the last update is back with a vengeance

Same thing is happening to me. I get a horrible buzzing noise in the headphones, and a notification that the controller is disconnected, but the controller is still lit up. I have to hold the menu button for a few seconds to reboot the controller.

This has happened while playing forza, and while watching a bluray.

I'm using the headset adapter and razer kraken pro. No charge/play kit, just fresh AA batteries.
