KOTOR Save Game Issue

I have about 24 hours logged into Knights of the Old Republic on my Xbox one. One day I started the game up and the black 'Original' Xbox logo screen was stuck there and didn't start the game. After restarting the game multiple times & signing out and back
in, I decided to unplug my console and the game started up fine, ONLY--my save game file was WAY backtracked to saves that I made a long time ago, and my progress from the last 3 or so hours is gone. Quests I completed were now back as active, etc etc. Please
tell me theres a way to fix this?! **Mind you, this is the second time this has happened. I lost my progress twice, the same way.

I am having this same issue with elder scrolls 3 and both star wars kotor games

 

KOTOR Anniversary Edition?

I recently read an article that talked about how Phil Spencer was a fan of the KOTOR games, and would put his vote in to create an Anniversary Edition of KOTOR. I then went on to read how alot of people at Obsidian would love to make another KOTOR game.
The licensing seems like an issue, but it doesnt seem like anything that cant be sorted out. I would LOVE to see a KOTOR on next-gen, and would, without a doubt spend $60.

Hey Phillyboy, any word on that Anniversary Edition?
