Kosten beim Ersetzen eines Controllers [Cost of replacing a controller]

Hallo zusammen,

aufgrund eines Defektes am Controller möchte ich nun den Controller von Microsoft ersetzen lassen. Garantie läuft noch bis Ende 2018.

Hab schon dieses Formular zur Reparatur ausgefüllt und könnte mir auch einen neuen Controller zuschicken lassen. Nur ist meine Frage, ob ich diesen dann auch bezahlen muss. Vor allem weil ich eine Zahlungsmethode angeben muss.

Aber eigentlich muss ich doch nicht zahlen, wenn die Garantie noch läuft?

Due to a defect at the controller I would like now to have the controller replaced by Microsoft. Warranty runs until the end of 2018.

Have already filled this form for the repair and could send me also a new controller. Only my question is whether I must pay this also then. Especially because I need to specify a payment method.

But actually I do not have to pay if the warranty is still running?

Xbox ONE controllers are poorly manufactured

ive had my X1 since launch and both my controllers are junk. they both have left thumb stick drift. one controllers drifts down and the other up and right. but if you look at my controllers both are centers by eye.

I ended up yesterday going and buying the new call of duty limited edition controller for 70.00. I love it but do HOPE they have learned and this controller does NOT get those issues. Controllers cost far to much to keep replacing

 

XBOX ELITE CONTROLLER BROKE IN 4months!

I bought an elite controller 4/22/16, I play Halo5 a lot my controller layout is bumper jumper which low an behold requires my left stick to pushed in to crouch. Well my controller no longer works when I click it in. Microsoft only offers a 90day warranty
for 170$ controller. I've read several threads and forum posts about elite controllers breaking around the 4 month period. When will a multi-billion dollar business rise up and start replacing these controllers? Without "us" (Microsoft supporters) you would
not be making billions and be able to take advantage of 'us". You need to take responsibility for your poorly made elite controllers that keep breaking around the 4month period. It's a simple problem that could be fixed by replacing the controllers. By replacing
these controllers you keep your consumers happy, and show "us" (Microsoft Supporters) that a billion dollar company is just not out take advantage of your consumers. This is a huge problem and should be acknowledged and taken care of.

You may need to pay for shipping costs to exchange your controller under warranty however I'm not 100% sure how that will work for your region. For best information, you'll want to reach out to your region's

phone chat. They should be more aware of the requirements for warranty services in your region/country.
