    Die wichtigste Frage für mich: Wie viel würde der Austausch des Boards
    kosten?

    I guess, you will be able to do so.

    But the most important question for me: What would it cost?

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are inquiring on a repair. You can go to

    device support     and register the console. This will let you know if the console is in warranty and can also set up a repair which will let you know the cost if not in warranty.

    The Xbox One drive is like the Xbox 360 disc drive cryptographically "married" to the mainboard of the console. So you can't simply swap out a drive and expect it to work. The software on the drive has to match the encryption of the mainboard.

    I swapped the board in my old drive with the one in the replacement drive. The odd 2 times that the console actually turned on the drive worked fine.

    There isn't an option to utilise the HdMI in like on the One.
    There isn't as the Series S and X do not have an HDMI in connector. It was never really regarded as a hugely popular feature overall. To have added it to the Series consoles would have increased the cost of the mainboard.

    You'll have to go back to switching the source.

    i was just responding to what you said that xbox one has specific hardware on the mainboard to support kinect, it only has a dedicated port and dedicated power for it, but nothing else.
