    Hallo alle zusammen

    Meine frage ist wie folgt werdet ihr auch in letzter zeit ünnötig gesperrt? Das heißt an keiner party oder so sprechen zu können? Währe jetzt das 3. Mal bei mir und das obwohl ich seit über ein monat mit keinem geschrieben habe und immer nur mit den selben
    3 leuten in na party bin ....Gibt es eine stelle an die man sich da wenden kann da der support sich da ja um nichts kümmert und es scheinbar auch nich die möglichkeit gib den fall zu prüfen oder oder einen genauen grund dafür zu erfahren.

    Sorry to hear about that enforcement action. For information about the ban, you would need to go to Enforcement website.
    If the suspension is longer than 24 hours you can submit a case review.

    there is nothing more we can do I will be locking this thread to prevent repetitive answers.

    Selbstverständlich sind sie dazu verpflichtet. Wie kommst du da drauf, dass sie es nicht sind? Entschuldigen brauchst du dich nicht, du hast es ja nicht zu verantworten. Des Weiteren werde ich mich mit Sicherheit nicht damit abfinden, ich habe einen Brief
    an MS Deutschland geschrieben, sollte das nicht helfen, werde ich rechtswege einleiten und das prüfen lassen. Der Service vom Support bei der xbox 360 hervorragend. Heute ist der Support der schlechteste, den ich jemals erlebt habe.

    Natürlich kannst du das. Dies heißt aber noch lange nicht, dass Microsoft in irgendeiner Weise hierzu verpflichtet ist.

    Nur eine kleine Anmerkung. Ich spreche deutsch, nicht englisch. Wie die Forumsprache ist, interessiert mich überhaupt nicht. Microsoft muss Sorge tragen, dass nicht nur englischsprechende Kunden Unterstützung erhalten.
