Guten Tag,

ich habe heute eine E-mail bekommen, dass mein Passwort geändert und meine E-Mail-Adresse gelöscht wurde. Ich habe sofort das Konto sofort wiederhergestellt. Leider musste ich aber feststellen, dass mit meinem Microsoft-Guthaben 2x eine X-Box Live Gold-Mitgliedschaft
gekauft wurde. Nun sind 40 Euro weg, gibt es da einen Weg das Geld wieder zu bekommen?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We are sorry for the issue with your account. We recommend requesting a call from support due to all information has been changed on the account. They should be able to assist you further.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Hello Concerned gamer,

You will need to request a call from support. As the primary email and password have been changed there is no way for you to recover the account yourself. In the

account compromised solution, you need the primary email or phone number. When you request a call tell them you are unable to do the from do to all security proofs have been changed.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
