Sehr geehrte Community,

ein guter Freund teilte mir heute mit, dass er sich nicht mehr anmelden könne auf seiner Konsole, nachdem diese ein Update bekam.

Jemand hat das Konto übernommen und alle Informationen anscheinend geändert.

Es wurden auch Inhalte erworben über die PayPal Verknüpfung.

Er ist nicht der fitteste auf dem Gebiet und hat versucht das Problem telefonisch zu lösen, nur es gab anscheinend akustische Probleme und die Mitarbeiter schienen nicht sehr deutliches Deutsch zu sprechen.

Somit hat er gerade etwas resigniert, ich habe daraufhin ihn mit Links versorgt, unter welchen man eine Wiederherstellung erwirken kann. Dort wird seine Mailadresse aber als nicht existent gewertet und er kann besagte Formulare nicht abschicken.

Die Ferndiagnose fällt mir jetzt echt schwer und daher suche ich hier Hilfe oder Tipps, wie man noch Kontakt aufnehmen kann, um einen Fall zu eröffnen.

Gibt es Möglichkeiten Moderatoren um Hilfe zu bitten, jeder Vorschlag ist willkommen und ich danke im Voraus für jedwedes Engagement!

Unfortunately no one in the forums will be able to assist with account recovery in part because of the personal information required.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to handle this. I can totally understand your friend's distress at the situation but hopefully everything can get straightened out. Unfortunately, if it is the case that your friend's primary alias
was changed and their MSA "no longer exists" the only recourse would be to contact

customer support again, as they are the only means to deal with this type of problem.

When you get the chance, reach out to them once again for hopeful resolution of this problem.

Ich habe versucht das Formular zu nutzen, das Sie mir bereitgestellt haben, doch leider sagt mir die Spalte für das Microsoft Konto, dass es unter der Mailadresse kein Konto gibt. Ich habe alle relevanten Info zu seinem Konto und könnte bei der Wiederherstellung
helfen, ist das als dritte Person nicht möglich, dann würde sich der besagte Bekannte morgen selber in das Forum begeben unter einem neuen Account.

Gibt es sonst weitere Möglichkeiten einer Kontaktaufnahme? Vielen Dank für weitere Info!

Soweit ich weis verlierst Du alles, auch Spielstände & Erfolge da diese ja dem Account zugeordnet sind!

Wenn ich die E-Mail ändere ist das dann im Prinzip den Microsoft-Account zu wechseln?

Ob du den alten Account als alias ohne Verluste zufügen kannst, ist mir auch nicht bekannt. Du kannst ihn aber immer ohne Verluste der Familie zuordnen!!
