Witam

Założyłem dziecku konto, by mogło używać xboxa, a ja żebym miał kontrolę nad nim. Okazało się, że nie pamiętam hasła do niego. Nie chcę usuwać go z rodziny a formularz odzyskiwania hasła nie pomógł. Jakie mam opcje?

If you followed the troubleshooting steps to reset the password for the account there is nothing you can do. If that was a child account and nothing was purchased through it as consequence you can always set up a new one.

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to assist you in trying to recover that account if that's what you want do.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support
