    I followed the directions and downloaded my kombat pack online, and entered the code on to my laptop. when I go to use the code on my console it said code has been used, how do I know the content is on the xbox or how do I get it on to my xbox one ?

    Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack downloaded but new characters aren't showing.

    My Kombat pack doesn't even show up at all. I have the game, goro, and samurai pack all downloaded but there is no kombat pack at all.

    Hey buddy,

    The content is being slowly released, so you I don't beleive you can get them all just yet, but you should be able to download some already (like the samurai pack) kombat pack :)

    I bought the pre-order which says it came with Goro and Jason Voorhees from Friday the 13th.

    I pre-loaded the game and the extra content and saw that it was ready to play on day of launch. I can play the game, and I see that I have access to Goro, but I do not see Jason V. anywhere....and when I open the Xbox Store from within the game, it shows
    Kombat Pack and a button says INSTALL...but when I click on it, it takes me to the HDD Management section of the Xbox One and only shows the SAMURAI PACK.....what gives? Where is my KOMBAT PACK and Jason??

    HEy,

    @SummerPrawn: You should have access to Goro already. Have you entered the code that came inside of the game case? You may just need to simply install it, which you can do by going to "My Games and Apps" from the Xbox home screen, highlighting Mortal Kombat
    X, then pressing the Menu button (Start button), and from there you should be able to see the two packs as ready to install. Once installed, they will be available in game kombat pack :)

    @Donnie: As I said, it has yet to be released. Once Jason has been released, you will then be able to access that content. The Kombat Pack is like a season pass, you get access to that content when it release for free, maybe even a little earlier then most,
    but not until it is actually released kombat pack :)

    The Kombat pack works like a season pass, it gives you the DLC's bit by bit. The current DLC that is available for the Kombat pack is the Samurai Pack.

    Vooch: Kombat Pack 2 is not covered under the season pass, that was just for the Kombat pack 1 fighters & the skins, and the original MK fatalities, so you would need to purchase Kombat Pack 2 for 19.99..... Im figuring that this will only cover this
    pack also like the first set of DLC, considering the fighters are listed at 4.99 each for Kombat Pack 2... plus the additional skins that come with it, and the new Pit stage....

    Hey all I pre ordered the premium edition also and am having the same problem with the kombat pack .

    I have tried downloading again , both game and packs but while instore if I select the kombat pack it refers back to the samurai pack I have no option to download the kombat pack at all . I should also note that when I select the premium edition it wants
    me to pay for it again where as the goro and samurai pack say they are installed
