    Kombat Pack Installation Not Happening


    We've redeemed the code we got from gamestop for the Kombat pack. From the main menu in the game we go into extras, xbox store, buy download content. Under Bundles it shows Kombat Pack and shows press A to download, we press A, it says "you already own Kombat
    Pack. Do you want to install it now?" We press A to install, we then hear a notification sound and a mostly blank page appears that says Manage Kombat Pack in the upper left corner. And nothing happens. There's nothing to click on except in the uppermost
    left corner you can switch users.

    We tried to rebooting, nothing. Tried re-entering the download code, said it's already been used.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks but I do not want to wait and see if this downloads after the game is released and there is no option to download the Kombat Pack separately in the meantime. What is supposed to appear in your installation queue when you pre-purchase the Premium Edition?

    Does anyone else own the Kombat pack? Does it appear next to the game install in "Manage Game" when I go in there it just has Goro and the Samurai Pack.

    It will appear when the first dlc character is released next week. I had the same problem as well. Don't worry, you own the kombat pack.

    Hey all I pre ordered the premium edition also and am having the same problem with the kombat pack .

    I have tried downloading again , both game and packs but while instore if I select the kombat pack it refers back to the samurai pack I have no option to download the kombat pack at all . I should also note that when I select the premium edition it wants
    me to pay for it again where as the goro and samurai pack say they are installed

    How to download Kombat Pack Content on Xbox One

    1. Go to My Games and Apps
    2. Locate Mortal Kombat 11 and press Menu on your controller (the button with 3 lines on it)
    3. Select Manage Game
    4. Scroll all the way to the right on this menu to see what DLC is Ready to Install and start the install for Nightwolf or the other pieces of released Kombat Pack content that you are trying to download.

    How to download Kombat Pack content on Xbox One:

    1. Go to My Games and Apps.

    My Kombat pack doesn't even show up at all. I have the game, goro, and samurai pack all downloaded but there is no kombat pack at all.
