kodi not starting

cycle and reinstallation.

If the problem persists, try doing a
soft factory reset of the console,
Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. This will help refresh the console's operating system. Note: before
doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Try this out and let us know the results.

Hello, So when Kodi was added to XBox it was later also removed quickly. So if you already have it downloaded you were able to keep it and use it as long as it was working. If you deleted it then you were no longer able to reinstall back. So at this point
if your having any issues with it, it would be best to search youtube and google to see if you can come up with any fixes

We're sorry to hear that the issue is still persisting. Since you mentioned this issue started happening shortly after the recent system update, I believe the soft factory reset mentioned above by XBF Crystal should be where to start. Refer to the post above
for the link to factory reset and also make sure you read the note provided by Crystal before you factory reset you Xbox.

Let us know what happens.

I'm still in shock that they let this app on their console. I will have a look at mine and see if I have any issues and let you know if I do and if I find a workaround.
