    Known xbox cd drive issues


    How does Microsoft get away with shelling out defective products? The cd drive has been a known issue from 360 and up. More recently they know the s and x cd drive is faulty and have never did nothing about it. How does a companies like this get away with
    things like that? I've upgraded my xbox 3 times for this issue. Maybe this time I should switch to play station.

    Sorry for you. But I have had all the Xbox consoles and I never had any problems with the cd drives !!

    And now Xbox Live profile issue is resolved I can confirm the drive works online for CD and Blu Ray. So, always online for CD and Blu Ray? Really?

    When the power light is flashing it means your cd drive is not detected I called ms earlir about my brother xbox which did not have a cd drive in it and to update you neeeeeeed you cd drive because it is one of the thing the xbox is updating

    Xbox stuck in update mode, can't install update from disc.

    before the update have you had any other issues with your xbox? such as your hard drive becoming unformatted or this same issue with orther cds?
