    Knights of the Old Republic won't launch - keeps saying there is an update


    I purchased and installed Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic and installed it however when I attempt to play the game, the splash screen appears then it tells me there is an update required.

    I attempt to download the update but nothing happens.

    I am unable to play the game.

    Unable to play original xbox game on xbox elite ..

    Game : Star Wars - Knights of th old republic 2 : The Sith Lords Disc Version Console : Xbox Elite HDD : 250 gb Error message _ Game error , The game couldn't start try downloading the game again. ---> I'm confused, the game is on a disc but it keeps saying

    I uninstalled completely and reinstalled the game and it now launches. Just in case anyone else experiences this issue.
