Knights of Pen Paper Games with Gold bundle does not start

You can buy and install the GWG game on XBX1 but it is not possible to start/play either game in the bundle. Even after uninstall and reinstalling. I see many reddit posts on this issue but no official response or fix. Any plans to remedy this problem?

Seems similar to the old problem on Tales from the Borderlands season which was a GWG game which also does not work either.

I am having the same problem with the games with gold download of knights of pen and paper bundle. I just downloaded it today and i keep getting the error do i own this game?. Has anyone found out about a fix on this?
