Knights Honor achievement problem

so, im going for the 1000/1000. I have all but this one left

i have followed every list i can find to a T and yet.. no achievement, from the looks of this list, i have everything

i am wondering if anyone would like to "boost" i will give you all the equipment i have and see if you get the achievement. if so just give the stuff back obviously maybe itll pop? idk, any ideas otherwise?

Prayer of maiden achievement not unlocking?

So I have been playing dark souls and I have all 23 miracles but the achievement didn't unlock for me. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I had the same problem with knights honor I had all the weapons and didn't unlock I had to put all my items in
my bottomless box then back to my inventory then it finally popped. Is there anyway to get this achievement without redoing everything it took forever to get this far. Thanks.

 

Achievements are not unlocking even though I have met the criteria.

Just adding my 2 cents that I am also having this "Done...Unlocking" problem with an achievement from Batman: Arkham Knight.

 

I've heard of this problem and apparently the achievement can completely glitch leaving you to a tough decision: do it all over again or leave that one achievement locked. At least the game isn't as broken when it comes to achievements one the consoles
than what it is on PC. Curse you, "Reach Lordran"!

 

^I had the "Reach Lordran" glitch on PC as well. It unlocked when I went back to the Asylum.

 

I wish it was so simple for me. I've seen the achievement unlocked pop up at least 10 times for that achievement and it still won't save to my profile. No-one has been able to help me with this one. I'm hoping that when I decide to reinstall both the game
and GFWL and start a whole new game it'll be sorted but nothing else has helped I'm just glad the other 2 achievements actually saved the second time I got them!
