Knight Squad character lockout

I have been playing the new free game Knight Squad. I have met the criteria to unlock a character, have the achievement for him, and yet I still can't use him. A friend of mine is having similar issues.

A New Batman/Suicide Squad Game? RUMORS!

On topic. I'd love to see suicide squad done well. I enjoyed the Harley Quinn level as much as any main mission in arkham Knight, and different characters with different skill set would definitely add another layer to arkham style play.

Sorry to hear it. Can you please start by trying a power cycle to see if that helps? Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

It would seem from what you are dealing with that you gamepass subscription has expired and that is where the problem is

We've never had game pass. I think we downloaded it from games with gold. It's a shame that we can't access it anymore, but it's not worth paying for as we don't play it often enough.

It's not in my games & apps, or at least it is, but that's where it tells me I need to purchase it. We've never had game pass. I think we downloaded it as one of the games with gold reward games. I'm pretty sure it was a free game somehow. I thought that
the free games were yours forever once you downloaded them. It looks like we won't be able to play it unless we get game pass.
