Klondike Grandmaster solvable game is not solvable

I have played many Grandmaster level Klondike games since the feature became available and I now have encountered my first game that is not solvable. Solvable games should be solvable so I consider this a bug. I can provide the Klondike.ark file for anyone
in Microsoft who wants to see the exact game I am trying to solve.

NOT all solvable

I have been playing Grandmaster Klondike games since the feature became available and now I just encountered my first Grandmaster solvable game that is not solvable. I consider this a bug. If a game is solvable, it should be solvable. If anyone in Microsoft
is reading this post and is interested in the specific game that I encountered, let me know and I can provide the Klondike.ark file that will setup the game for you.

NOT all solvable

I was excited to play the solvable games as Klondike and pyramids are the two that have unsolvable games. However my first game of solvable Klondike at Grandmaster level showed almost straight away that it could not be solved. Ii wasn't hard to see as there
were only two choices. Very disappointing as I love my cards. I set out years ago to prove that the hard level of Spider is solvable and I succeeded.

You would be better served to locate the forum/support groups for the game. There will be more there that are actually playing the game.

It's pretty active. I post and look there a lot because many times some ads will cause issues when people are trying to play. There are a number of things that pop up on there, and there is usually someone to help out. They also have their own support
channel for any issues, and I'm sure would love to hear if one of the solvable decks has an issue!
