Kinnect Discontinued 2017-10, What's Next?

After searching for an Xbox One/Kinnect bundle and finding none, both on ****'s Website and Microsoft's, I did a wider search of the Internet to find out that none are SKUed up in the stores because The Kinnect has been discontinued
for the Xbox One as of Oct., 2017.

I'm disappointed to find this, though I've heard a great hue and cry from people on the Internet about Kinnect issues, not the least of which have been the perception of potential privacy issues (though people rush to by Echo and their ilk. Hello Alexa?).

Still, Kinnect was very useful for inexpensive video conferencing via Skype, and the feature set seemed on-point for VR and MR applications.

Does Microsoft have a roadmap for a future Kinnect-like device or third-party devices? What's the scuttlebutt around the future for Kinnect-like devices for Xbox One X?

What XBox to buy?

If most of my activity will be TV and videos, should I buy the 250GB Xbox bundle with Kinnect or should I buy the 4GB XBox bundle with Kinnect?

What's the difference other than the $100.00 in price?

I still have my xbox Kinect sensor for my xbox one s console I use it for Cortana and signing in . if you want Microsoft still make the Kinect you can go to xboxfeedback .com website put your Idea down or vote on the idea.
