    Kings Quest Complete Collection - Rubble Without A Cause not working


    I'm having the same issues. All day I've been trying to download the 2nd chapter. I bought the complete collection on Xbox 360. I've downloaded the compatibility packs both of them. Cleared the cache. Power cycled. Contacted Seirra with no luck what so ever.
    Very disappointing. Error is 800700EB. What's going on? Anyone?

    I have the same issue. Clearing cache, re-downloading compatibility pack 2 or reboot didn't help.

    I have purchased the complete season.

    I decided to go have a chat with Xbox Support about this and whilst I was doing that I noticed that the release date for Chapter 2 on the Xbox Store is 15-Dec-2015 (next Tuesday) - so although it appears that the chapter is now available from inside the
    game, its not actually available from the store until 15-Dec-2015. and a quick Google seems to confirm that date also.

    I can confirm that I am experiencing exactly the same problem - so you're not alone :(

    I've tried re-installing the game multiple times - but with no success.
