Kingdoms of Amalur DLC not Working

I've seen that this is an issue, but I haven't seen if there was a solution.

I have the downloaded version and I bought the armor and weapons pack, but it doesn't show. I've already deleted and cleared cache and re-downloaded. What's next? Refund?

For sure, I am currently going through Kingdoms of Amalur Reckoning trying the DLC

 

Hi, i got contact with Xbox and EA personel and no ones can solve the problem, Microsoft refunded me DLC´s money; I read the DLC doesn´t work at all.

 

how did you get refunded Microsoft and ea are just ignoring me

 

Someone please help! Fix or refund?

 

Hello SecretChimp69. I also have this DLC for Kingdoms of Amalur. I thought the same thing at first. Start playing the game. After the first part of the game when you get out of the cave, you will come to a town. There is a DLC chest in this town. Your DLC
items will be in it. And as always.....Happy Gaming!
