Kingdom Hearts Final Mix Achievement Bug?

I just picked up KH Final Mix about a week ago and there's an achievement for synthesizing/crafting every item. I just crafted Ultima last night and have crafted 33/33 items in the game, but that achievement is still locked for me. Did anyone else experience
this or possibly have a fix?

I’m having the same issue, but with the achievement “The Rabbit Hole”. I clearly remember completing this world and sealing the keyhole in Wonderland, but it still says its a Locked Achievement.

Yes I been having problems with achievements unlocking as well for kingdom hearts remix the one for halloweentown/agrabah/Neverland and I just beat the game last night and I still haven't gotten those achievements either and go without hitting continue.
Nothing... Clear gummi ship mission 2 I should have got as well. Clear gummi ship mission 3/ natural Player Sora should have got that too. Whats going on? Some of these achievements have unlocked a week ago and it still hasn't shown up or says I got them.

This is also the one not working for me; hopefully something gets fixed.

Sorry to hear of your issue. This can be caused a couple of issues. 1. The achievement servers are not working properly. In any case, wait 72 hours, it may unlock during that time. If it doesn't, then try contacting support, they may be able to help further.
2. It could be an issue with the game itself. which will be down to the developers to fix.

Either way, your only option is to wait at the moment, and hope the achievement pops soon.

I don't see any guide or comments in it, so I imagine no one faced this issue yet (at least on true achievements).
