    Kingdom Hearts audio issue


    I have an issue with audio in kingdom hearts 3. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling, only one song will play. Cut scene voices and action voices will not play. Does anyone know if there's a way to fix this or get a refund?

    Hi JoJo,

    Thank you for coming to the forums today, I'd be happy to help.

    Is this the only game that you are having these audio issues with? Do all other audio cues in the system sound fine?

    Go ahead and do a
    hard reset and power cycle     of the Xbox. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Unplug
    and reconnect the HDMI cable from the console and the TV port. Then re-connect and turn on the Xbox.

    If that doesn't help then I recommend a
    soft factory reset    . Just make sure to have your account information available since you will need to recover your account after the reset.

    Just play Kingdom Hearts, that's the game play. Except this seems more...simplified than Kingdom Hearts

    Battlefield failed for me so it seems the issue isn't with specific games. I have kingdom hearts so I will try that and see how it compares with you.

    Yes it has to happen ive been a fan of kingdom hearts since the first game was released and would love them to make a remake of kingdom heart 1 & 2 on the xbox and then announce kingdom hearts 3 to come onto the xbox as well
