Kingdom hearts 3 save glitch Xbox X

Technically Kingdom Hearts has an autosave feature but this only works on limited scenarios, entering new worlds, or when loading between areas. It's not a guarantee that you will be able to recover you progress if you exit the game right away. The best way is still to save it manually. It is also advised to save often to be sure that your progress is saved. In this scenario, I'm afraid that you may lose your progress.

If you still continue to get this error or glitch after exiting the game, you may need to perform the steps below

Remove your profile, then power cycle the console. Add your profile back once console is booted.

I tried doing that but now whenever i try to open the game it says that something went wrong.
