    Hello - I ordered KH3 from Amazon (physial copy) and they sent me a promo code. The email says to go to microsoft.com/redeem When I go there on a computer and type it in it gives an error and says to type in the code in the xbox store. When I go to the
    xbox store it says to type in the code on a computer.

    Hey friend, try doing a system power cycle by holding the power button on the xbox for about 15 seconds untill its completely powered down and restert it and try the code again. You can also enter the code from the xbox app. If you are still having issues
