Kingdom Hearts 3 Install Problems.

I purchased the Kingdom Hearts 3 Bundle last night, and it showed up as preordered. Now all the bundle is showing is the DLC Keyblade as installed. Where is the Game? I did a full Restart, and it is not in Queue , Installed, or Ready to Install.

Per my Account Info, the bundle only is the Keyblade, No game. Why was this not included in the Description?

That's odd since the game is released nothing in the Store should be pre-ordered for that game. What does the status of the purchase say on your

order history?

Look for KH3 in the Store on your Xbox and install it from there. It'll say that you own the item in the product details.

Did you do a hard
restart/powercycle?

Confirm the order history and let us know what it shows in the Store app.

Hi there,

As Stuart stated there is a current service alert for KH3 which is probably why it is displaying only the DLC keyblade and not the game. There must be some maintenance going on to correct this issue with the game in the Microsoft Store.

I suggest waiting until the service alert is over and you can sign in to get notified when the issue get's fixed online from

Does it show up as Ready to Install once you do a hard reset?

Very strange since you should no longer be able to pre-order anything. Are you a member of the Insider program?
