kingdom come deliverance: unable to play after patch. voices disappeared

hi, played kingdom come since the download of the last patch. after a few minutes of gameplay, all the voices disappeared.

game sounds, combat sounds are present, but ambient and cutscenes voices are muted.

tried to start a new game, the problem persists.

tried to contact Warhorse, they never answered.

at the actual state in my console, the game is unplayable.

what could i do?

By the rules, I should have received the rewards after 96 hours of Kingdom Come: Deliverance launch.

i also tried to reinstall the game but nothing, the game keeps the problem and i can't play with it.

1. Are you using a headset or any sort of A/V receiver with your console, or is the console connected directly to the TV via HDMI?

2. Do you see any issue with the sounds in any other games, if you try?

3. To help us narrow this down further, would you be able to install and try playing the game on another Xbox One console, and let us know if you still see the same issue?

no i usually play using my monitor directly connected to the xbox via hdmi cable!

other games run as normal, and i can't try to run the game on other consoles unfortunately!

So you're running sound out of the speakers built into the monitor? To make sure, do you have the latest drivers for that monitor downloaded and installed?

Also, you can try right-clicking on the volume icon on the taskbar, then selecting "Troubleshoot sound problems", select your audio device, and then run through the steps in the troubleshooter to see if that helps.

 

Seems that the game fixed the problem itself!

I tried to change the Language, and the game told me that for other languages i had to install a new update!

The xbox pdate page didn’t show me any update though..

After that the game seems to run normally for now.

Wanted to report this strange thing to you..
