What happened with KinectShare.com? I did not receive any shared videos prior to uploading from avatar KINECT. I feel that Kinect Fun Labs sharing days have retired. KinectShare.com is officially defunct.

Divx videos no longer playing

you have to use Zune on your xbox and your pc as well, and you still can play your older files. i don't know why but zune streams everything and media center not. i had the same problem with my 5 year old avi and divx files. after 3 days searching i'v found

A simpler method to solve the problem would be to download the update with a different profile.

If you don't have another profile on your console create a free Silver account and go to play a video, when prompted accept the Optional Media Update.

I'm having the same issue. Last time I used it was about 4 years ago and it worked then, but I've recently started playing again with my daughter and it no longer works. Has kinectshare.com been abandoned? It certainly feels that way as the news link
on that site says the domain is expired.

There is no way to copy them, as they are not stored on the console. They are automatically deleted after you play the game. The kinectshare service was so the games could upload the pictures, but since the service has ended, there is no way to store them.

I don't care if I have to spend 50K to get this fixed, I will see a breach of contract. This was touted as a media center, and the specs say it supports DLNA. This is no longer the case. You have breached the implied contract MS. Fix it. Period

Was it after one of the updates? I have seen this before. The 360 does not support all codecs, some of the DIVX codecs do not work. If you have the software, you can convert the video to something more useful.
