Kinectless Xbox one...what if...

What if this whole kinectless Xbox one anounncement is just a strategy from Microsoft?... Think about , the kinect is a big part of the Xbox one the U.I would be clunky as hell, it was Microsoft's vision. It just wouldn't work as well without it. Why would
they even consider dropping It? What if they just did this to see reactions from people with a $399 price tag? Remember everything is not set in stone yet its a month away from E3. and they blow our minds by saying the pre orders have shot up with the less
expensive Xbox one that they considered to INCLUDE the kinect but still cut back on the price and leave it as $399. You have to lose money to make money.

IF the current gen is like previous generations of consoles, Microsoft is already losing money on every console sold. To lose even more money just wouldnt be financially sound.

However the rumours are that Microsoft are making a small (very small) profit on every console sold, however that is before they give us a free game (Forza 5 or FIFA 15 or Titanfall) so it could be that they are actually back to losing a little on every
console.

Either way I really cant see them changing their minds, the Sony Ponies are already saying its Microsoft changing their minds again. Another 180 would be the final straw and would show gamers out their that Microsoft dont really know what they are doing.

 

well for one thing microsoft are making more profit than sony are. and i keep hearing sony are to include a price drop and include the ps eye with ps4.. i just think its the only way...idk
