Kinectimals Unleashed - Servers down?

Per another thread (
forums.xbox.com/.../5216162.aspx ) where I raised the issue, an official Microsoft rep states that it has to be in the support forms.

The online feature to upload saves do park challenges, send gems, and more have all been down for over a week now. I am worried if my phone dies and I need a new one I will lose all my progress so I need the upload. Also I found the park challenges very
fun every day but now this does not work. Can you please look into why online is not available?

Park challenges say "Unable to connect to server" Upload says "Online features are currently unavailable. Please try again later." I am connected to the internet and all other games work fine. I have tried multiple WAN's and also tried restarting my phone.
Other friends have reported the same issue and I have made them aware of this post to add to the discussion. Thank you for your time.

Thank you for finding that. When I clicked support in the game it brought me here so I figured this would be the place. I have updated the other support forum.

Servers are still inaccessible. I've held off on doing anything in-game due to worrying about lost progress or worse. One achievement is fully inaccessible due to needing to play the Daily Challenges in a certain way for it, and the lack of earnable gems
puts others in the nigh-inaccessible bucket.

I'm also having strong concerns about Frontier, the developer Microsoft has partnered with for several of their IP's. The servers for Kinectimals Unleashed have been down for over a week and there's no news anywhere, from my normal sites and through using
Bing. Their attempt at "Zoo Tycoon Friends" apparently failed so badly due to its inability to handle multiple players online that the servers are going down this month. Lastly, there seems to be a heavy focus on the recent release of Elite, which was turned
into a full Online-Only game that has its own network issues.

I am also unable to upload a cloud save from win 8 and download it to my windows phone.
