    Kinect works but not possible to do angle adjustment


    Hello,

    I bought a Xbox One in December 2014 and installed and configured kinect without a problem. Recently I was playing Xbox Fitness and realized I needed to do some adjustments in the angle. Tried to follow the steps outlined in https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/accessories/angle-adjust-kinect but
    the only thing that happens is the audio calibration. After the audio calibration it goes back to the Kinect screen.

    I tried a chat with Customer Support and none of the suggestions worked. They actually told me to come here for help.

    Need Kinect Help

    Put the kinect on top of the tv is my sugestion. I have a crown kinecty tv mount and it works ok also you can enter the kinect tuner and manually adjust the kinect angle

    Xbox One on a desk?

    My pre ordered day one edition XB1 finally came yesterday, and i have not had a change to unbox and play it due to my classes...but I have a question. Will the xbox one work well at a desk? With the kinect and all? I have space behind the desk to move around
    and play the kinect games, but will it recognize me sitting so close? and how will it work if the screen is on an angle?

    I have the same problem as you, and also contacted customer support. The dood on chat confirmed that yeah, that feature that allows you to tune the floor detection is gone, and directed me to their "Xbox Uservoice" forums to list it as a suggestion to bring
    the feature back.

    Yeah, I know, total BS. They broke the feature a couple months ago, and now customer service directs people to go suggest that they fix it. Now I get to compete with such wonderful topics as "let us choose Cortana's voice!" Ugh.

    Anyways, I put in a suggestion there, might as well go upvote it from 1 to 2 :-/

    This does not stretch the view at all if you adjust the offset angle in the nvidia control panel and adjust the resolution in flight sim.
    Where do i find the ‘adjust the angle offset’ in the nvidia control panel? Do you mean bezel correction?

    I am very disapointet of the Kinect usage. It is just impossible to adjust anything, not even your swing. You just can swing the club in one direction, without any possibility to adjust. Thats no golf, that's an arcade shooter.

    Why have they not implemnted even the slightest possibility to adjust ones swing?
