kinect warranty ran out hours ago!!

my kinect stopped powering up about 45 days ago or so.. i finally got around to jumping through the hoops to get it fixed just now and you are telling me that i ran out of warranty yesterday.. can you help me out as we are talking about a few hours.

Major issues with Xbox one

For starter my warranty ran out 2 weeks ago and secondly it was there support team that sent me this way to try and get me out the preview program which has caused this problem with my Xbox

No one on the forums can assist you with this. It is a warranty issue and you will have to direct you questions/concerns to support 800-469-9269. However, if the warranty period is up then you will probably have to pay for a repair. By your own words
you waited to report the issue resulting in the warranty expiring. Good Luck!
