    Kinect unable to update 3F4B-0000-0080-0300-8007-0570


    My Kinect 360 worked fine for a year.. but now when I start it up, system tells me it needs to update - but then fails. Error code is:

    3F4B-0000-0080-0300-8007-0570

    I've tried resetting cache, resetting home router, etc - none of which has helped :-(.

    dont know the modem or router brands or model numbers

    I suggest contacting support, you can contact them at 1-800-4my-xbox (1-800-469-9269). They could help you further more, I at my end, can not do anything. I hope they can fix your issue.
