    Hey everyone.

    Apologies about the delay. Because there are so many of you it would be best for you to all create your own threads for your individual issues. This allows us to best help you out.

    If you haven't already I recommend testing your Kinect sensor on another Xbox One console to see if there is any change in it's performance. If you're not having issues with another Xbox One please be sure your console is plugged directly into a wall outlet
    and not a power strip, as they can cause power trouble for your console.

    If you're still having trouble with your Kinect sensor on another console, setting up a repair or replacement for sensor is going to be our best option. If the Kinect only has issues on your Xbox One while your console is plugged directly into a wall outlet
    the issue may be on the console side of things. If you're still having issues please create a new thread and let us know. Thanks!

    Same problem here. turns on and off randomly and sometimes wont come back on until I restart the console.

    Does anyone know if the cable is plugged into the back of the Kinect or if it is moulded into to back.

    dont want to pull at the cable to try and unplug and plug back in if it is molded.

    Yep, same problem here. Never had a problem before (Day One edition) and now twice in the last month it's shut off (during XBox Fitness of all things!!) and restarted by itself. It's also not hearing me as well anymore - reran the audio setup and it didn't
    make a difference, I'm yelling at it now to get it to listen. They messed something up.

    I have been having this issue for the past few weeks. Like many of you I suspect it is related to the update. I have only had my Kinect since December.

    @ColonelBacon15 Have you checked to see if it needs cleaning out.? Thats all i did with mine and its been fine since.
